Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crown Coins Casino ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sunflower Limited, the operator of Crown Coins Casino.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Eligibility

To use Crown Coins Casino, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You must be a legal resident of a jurisdiction where sweepstakes participation is permitted. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Sunflower Limited and its affiliates, advertising agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible to participate in sweepstakes promotions. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to disqualify any user who does not meet these requirements.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If we discover that you do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and void any winnings or prizes.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not create more than one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accrued virtual currency or prizes. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to refuse registration to any user for any reason, or to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, using automated scripts or bots to interact with the Platform, engaging in any form of cheating or exploitation of game mechanics, and harassing or abusing other users or staff.

You may not use the Platform to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation. You may not use the Platform to collect or store personal information about other users without their express consent.

Any attempt to circumvent our security measures, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit technical vulnerabilities will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for any prohibited conduct that causes harm to the Platform or its users.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Sunflower Limited and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or perform, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, but by submitting content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform and our business operations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the content on the Platform is accurate, complete, or reliable. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you in full. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sunflower Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

You waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such action or proceeding in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and waive any claim that such action or proceeding has been brought in an inconvenient forum. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
