Game Overview

Crown Coins Casino offers Live Bingo as a social sweepstakes game ("Bingo") operated by Sunflower Limited. Bingo is provided for entertainment purposes and is conducted as a sweepstakes promotion. No purchase is necessary to participate. All Bingo gameplay is governed by these Bingo Terms and Conditions as well as the Crown Coins Casino Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Policy.

Live Bingo sessions are hosted on a scheduled basis as displayed in the Bingo lobby on the Platform. Session schedules, prize pools, and game formats may vary and are subject to change at Sunflower Limited's discretion. The most current session schedule is always displayed within the Bingo section of the Platform.

Bingo game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator that randomly selects the numbers called during each game. All called numbers are logged in real time and can be audited by the Sponsor. Sunflower Limited's determinations regarding game outcomes are final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility

To participate in Live Bingo, users must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in the Crown Coins Casino Terms of Service, including age verification (18 years or older) and jurisdictional eligibility. Bingo is not available in jurisdictions where sweepstakes promotions of this nature are prohibited by law. Users are solely responsible for determining whether participation is lawful in their location.

Users whose accounts are in good standing are eligible to participate in Bingo sessions using their available Sweeps Coins or Gold Coins balance. Accounts that are suspended, under review, or subject to any restriction are not permitted to participate until the account has been restored to good standing. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.

Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sunflower Limited and its affiliates, along with members of their immediate families and persons living in their same households, are not eligible to participate in Bingo as a sweepstakes promotion. This restriction does not prevent such persons from using the Platform for non-sweepstakes purposes where applicable.

How to Play

To join a Live Bingo session, eligible users must navigate to the Bingo lobby and select an upcoming or currently active session. Players may join a session from the time it opens for entry until the session start time or until the maximum number of participants has been reached, whichever occurs first. Late entry into a session in progress is not permitted.

During a Bingo session, numbers are called at regular intervals by our random number generator. Players' Bingo cards are automatically checked for matching numbers as they are called. Players do not need to manually mark their cards — the system handles all card management automatically, ensuring a fair experience for all participants.

A Bingo is achieved when a player's card displays a complete row, column, diagonal, or other pattern as specified for the applicable game format. When a Bingo is detected by our system, the player is automatically identified as a winner and the game proceeds to the prize award phase. Multiple winners in a single session share the prize pool as described in the Prize Distribution section below.

Card Purchases

Bingo cards may be acquired using Gold Coins (for entertainment play) or Sweeps Coins (for sweepstakes play). The cost per card, maximum number of cards per player per session, and any applicable bulk card discounts are displayed in the session details prior to joining. Card acquisitions are final and non-refundable once a session has begun.

Players may hold a maximum number of cards per session as specified in the session details. This limit exists to ensure fair access to Bingo sessions for all eligible participants. Attempting to circumvent card limits through the use of multiple accounts or other means is prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of prizes.

Free Sweeps Coins cards may be available through alternative methods of entry as described in the Sweepstakes Policy. Details on how to obtain free entries for Bingo sessions without a purchase are available in the Promotions section of the Platform. Free entry methods are subject to the same eligibility requirements and terms as paid entries.

Winning Conditions

A player wins a prize in a Bingo session when their card achieves the required pattern (such as a full line, two lines, or a full house) before all other players in the session, or simultaneously with other players as described below. The specific winning patterns for each session are displayed in the session details. Standard patterns include single line, double line, and full house, though special pattern games may be offered from time to time.

In sessions that progress through multiple prize tiers (for example, line prize, then two-line prize, then full house prize), a player may win in one or more tiers within the same session. Each tier has its own prize pool and winning conditions as specified in the session details. Winning in an earlier tier does not prevent a player from winning in subsequent tiers.

All winning conditions are verified automatically by our platform systems in real time. In the event of any dispute regarding a winning outcome, the records maintained by our platform systems shall be conclusive. Players who believe a result is incorrect must contact Customer Support within 48 hours of the session's conclusion; disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

Prize Distribution

Prizes for each Bingo session are distributed according to the prize structure displayed in the session details prior to joining. Where a prize tier is won simultaneously by multiple players (for example, two players achieve a full house on the same called number), the prize for that tier is split equally among all simultaneous winners. Fractional prize amounts are rounded down to the nearest cent.

Sweeps Coin prizes won in Bingo sessions are credited to the winner's account balance immediately upon verification of the winning outcome. Sweeps Coin prizes are subject to the standard redemption terms set forth in the Sweepstakes Policy, including minimum redemption thresholds and identity verification requirements. Gold Coin prizes are credited to the entertainment balance and cannot be redeemed for cash.

In the event of a jackpot or progressive prize offered in connection with a Bingo session, the specific terms governing that prize, including eligibility, winning conditions, and claim procedures, are set forth in the applicable promotion's official rules, which are incorporated into these Bingo Terms by reference. Jackpot prizes are non-transferable and subject to all standard prize claim procedures.

Disconnection Policy

Crown Coins Casino is not responsible for any failure to participate in or complete a Bingo session due to technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a player is disconnected from a session in progress, our system will continue to manage their cards automatically for the remainder of the session, and any prizes won will be credited to their account upon session conclusion.

If a session is interrupted or cannot be completed due to a technical failure on our platform, we will make reasonable efforts to either resume the session or void it and refund any Sweeps Coins or Gold Coins spent on cards for that session. The method of resolution will depend on the stage at which the interruption occurred and the nature of the technical issue. Our decisions regarding interrupted sessions are final.

Players experiencing connectivity issues are advised to check their internet connection before joining a session and to use a stable network connection whenever possible. We recommend contacting Customer Support immediately if you experience a disconnection during a session in which you believe you may have won a prize, so that we can review the session records and ensure any prizes are properly credited.
