Program Overview

The Crown Coins Casino Invite Friends program ("Program") allows eligible users to earn bonus rewards by inviting friends to join and play on the Platform. The Program is operated by Sunflower Limited and is subject to these Invite Friends Terms as well as the Crown Coins Casino Terms of Service, Sweepstakes Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.

Rewards earned through the Program consist of Gold Coins and/or Sweeps Coins as specified in the current Program offer displayed on your account's referral page. Reward amounts and the specific terms of the Program may change at any time. The most current Program terms are always available on the Platform's Invite Friends page.

Sunflower Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Invite Friends Program at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. In the event of termination, rewards already credited to your account will remain available subject to the standard terms governing their use.

Eligibility

To participate in the Program as a referrer, you must have a verified Crown Coins Casino account in good standing. Accounts that are suspended, under review, or subject to any restrictions are not eligible to participate in the Program. You must be in compliance with all Crown Coins Casino terms and policies at the time the referral reward is processed.

To qualify as a referred user and trigger a referral reward, the invited person must be a new user who has never previously registered an account on Crown Coins Casino. Referrals of existing users, duplicate accounts, or users who have previously had their accounts terminated will not qualify for Program rewards.

Both the referrer and the referred user must meet all applicable eligibility requirements, including age verification and jurisdictional eligibility, as set forth in the Terms of Service. Referral rewards will not be issued if either party is found to be ineligible. All eligibility determinations are final and at the sole discretion of Sunflower Limited.

How to Invite

Eligible users may invite friends by sharing their unique referral link or referral code, which is available on the Invite Friends page within their account. Referral links and codes are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your referral link on social media, messaging apps, or via email is permitted, provided you comply with the prohibited conduct rules described in these Terms.

When a friend clicks your referral link and registers a new account, the system will automatically associate their registration with your referral. The referred user must complete all required registration steps and any qualifying activity (such as a first purchase or reaching a specified play milestone) as described in the current Program offer before the referral reward is triggered.

You are responsible for ensuring that your referral activities comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations. You may not send unsolicited bulk emails or messages, post your referral link in online spaces where it would be considered spam, or use automated tools to distribute your referral link.

Referral Rewards

Referral rewards will be credited to your account after the referred user has completed all qualifying actions as specified in the current Program offer. The timing of reward crediting may vary and can take up to 14 business days from the date the qualifying action is completed. You will receive a notification when a referral reward has been credited to your account.

Rewards earned through the Program are subject to the same terms and conditions that apply to all Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins on the Platform, including any applicable play-through requirements and redemption conditions. Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash directly and must be used in accordance with the standard virtual currency terms.

There is no limit on the number of friends you may invite or the number of referral rewards you may earn, unless a specific limit is stated in the current Program offer. However, we reserve the right to cap the total value of referral rewards earned by any single user if we determine that the Program is being exploited or abused.

Reward Limitations

Referral rewards are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or otherwise transferred to another user or account. Rewards are issued to the specific account of the eligible referrer and may only be used by the account holder in accordance with the Platform's terms. Any attempt to transfer referral rewards will result in their forfeiture.

Referral rewards that remain unused in your account for more than 12 months from the date of issuance may be subject to expiration and removal from your account balance. We will provide notice before removing any expired rewards, and you may use the rewards before the expiration date to prevent forfeiture.

We reserve the right to withhold, reduce, or void referral rewards if we determine that the referral was made in a manner that violates these Terms, including through fraudulent activity, manipulation of the referral system, or exploitation of any technical loophole. Any rewards issued in error will be reversed and any resulting imbalance in your account will be corrected.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited in connection with the Invite Friends Program: creating multiple accounts to self-refer, referring fake or fictitious users, using bots or automated tools to generate referrals, misrepresenting the Program to potential users, and any other conduct designed to artificially inflate referral rewards or circumvent the intended mechanics of the Program.

You may not offer any incentive, payment, or other consideration to induce a person to register using your referral link, beyond what is offered by the Program itself. You may not use paid advertising to distribute your referral link without prior written consent from Sunflower Limited. You may not impersonate Crown Coins Casino or Sunflower Limited in any communication promoting your referral link.

Violation of these prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate disqualification from the Program, forfeiture of all referral rewards, and suspension or termination of your account. Sunflower Limited reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any fraudulent activity related to the Program that causes financial harm to the company or its users.

Modification and Termination

Sunflower Limited reserves the right to modify these Invite Friends Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued participation in the Program after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

We may modify the reward structure, qualifying actions, eligibility requirements, or any other aspect of the Program at any time, with or without advance notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through notices on the Platform. Your continued participation after such notices constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.

If we terminate the Program entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to current participants. Pending referral rewards that have not yet been credited at the time of termination may be forfeited unless the qualifying conditions are met before the termination date. All decisions regarding Program modification or termination are final.
